Reservations:

All reservations are to be made direct to S-five Holiday Tour and Service Co., Ltd., only. We require the following
Passenger details, reference for hotel reservation.
1. Title Name/Family Name/First Name (Example:  Ms. Aree Buaphun)
2. Nationality (Example:  Thai)
3. Passport number, Date of birth, date of Expired (If we require) (Example:  AA123456 DOB: 05JAN1974  DOE: 30AUG2021
4. Arrival flight// Departure flight (Details flight)
5. For Child, we require date of birth.
Note:  Infant  0-2yrs
Child   2-11yrs.

ACCOMMODATION:

All accommodation is start on “lowest type room” basis, or from those are mentioned in the package tour.
Other request for the room please mentioned:  Single/Twin Triple room // smoking or non-smoking room, or other request.
How many person? Adult and child? and What nationality?

PEAK SEASON SUPPLEMENTS:

Some hotel and Resort will have surcharge or compulsory Gala Dinners for peak season as detail below.
– Christmas
– New Year
– Chinese New Year
– Loy Krathong (Yi Pheng) (around November)
– Water Festival or Thai New Year (13 – 15 April)
We will inform you of the cost before we reserve and we require full prepayment

Amendments & Cancellations
AMENDMENTS:
For amendments, if there cost increase, an additional charges will be charged to your account.

CANCELLATIONS:  Depended to each hotel, and period Low season on High season
For cancellation 6 days or less we charge 100 % of the total tour cost
For Cancellation 7-13 days before arrival we charge 80 % of the total tour cost
For Cancellation 14-29 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total tour cost
For Cancellation 30 days before arrival they will be charge only a USD30 for handling charge per booking

(GIT) from 8 persons and more:

We charge 100 % of the total tour cost for cancellation 30 days before arrival
We charge 80 % of the total tour cost for cancellation 1-44 days before arrival
We charge 50% of the total tour cost for cancellation 45-59 days before arrival.
We charge USD 25 for service charge per booking, for cancellation 60 days before arrival.
Note: cancellation policy can be changed if there is any special note after booking confirmed.

Refund:
For Tour package
We will complete refund document within 2 weeks for the date received your request for refund. (in case the service already paid.)

For Ticket Policy
After we issued the ticket, depend the conditions of the ticket, if the conditions can be refund, then we can refund to your when we got all document request from you. We will complete refund document with airline and waiting refund from airline, the policy of refund from airline will take time to process around 3-4 months (Inter ticket), and 2 months (domestic ticket), after that we can processing to refund to you soonest after we got amount of refund from airline)

Tipping Guideline:

Porters :                              US$ 1 – 2per bag
Waiters in restaurants:        5-10% of total bill
Taxi drivers:                        10% of total bill
Tour guides & Drivers:        US$ 5/ person/per day/ group up to 4 pax

Child Policy:

CHILDREN POLICY:

Infant below 2 years old sharing same room with parents is free of charge.

*Complementary for kid under 5yrs old shared bed with parents, pay extra for meal only

Child 12 yrs old sharing same room with 1 ADL is charged for 100%.
Child 2 yrs up-11 yrs old with extra bed and sharing same room with parents is charged for 80%.
Child 2 yrs up-11 yrs old without extra bed & sharing same room with parents is charged for 50%

Group tour of full paying 15pax, one (01) tour leader is given complimentary on twin sharing basis include breakfast (domestic air ticket is not applicable).

We arranged free insurance for private tour to our client as benefit below:
During the trip in Thailand:   Insurance are coverage 1 million baht or around USD 30,000 per person) in case:
–  Accidental Death  THB 1,000,000 or around US$30,000
–  Medical Expenses THB 500,000  or around US& 15,000
We are not responsible for any loss, damaged, claims and injury, for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, schedules changed or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. These must be own expense by passengers.

Note: for age over than 75yrs, benefit only 50% of total amount.
