DETAIL ITINERARY
Day 1 Arrival – Hanoi – Night train to Lao Cai (None)
We will pick you up at hotel in Hanoi transfer to train station for overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight in the train to Lao Cai.

Day 2 Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat – Ham Rong moutain (B/-/-)
The train arrives in Lao Cai early in the morning, you will uphill to Sapa. At an elevation of 1,500 meters, was once a hill resort of French administrators when the summer heat became unbearable. The remoteness and the simple lifestyle of ethnic minority people are a highlight of Sapa though conditions are basic. After settling into your hotel you will take a soft trek to Cat Cat village about 3 kilometres away from town take you about 3 hours walking to visit H’Mong minority people who first lived in Vietnam in the 17th & 18th centuries, then you’ll walk to Ham Rong mountain about 2 hours for a fabulous overview of Sapa town. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 3 Sapa – Lao Chai – Tavan (B/-/-)
Today you will get away from main town and road through nature towards Lao Chai village of the Black Hmong minority, Tavan village of Dzay minority and spend some time in the afternoon by the waterfalls of Giang Ta Chai village. Then we’re back to Sapa for your relax. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 4 Sapa – Local market – Lao Cai (B/-/-)
You will be met by your guide then start our drive to local hill trible market. After crossing the Bao Nhai Bridge, the journey is uphill offering beautiful views over the valleys. Situated 20 km from Bac Ha, Can Cau is a small, but very colorful market. Opening only on Saturdays, it always delivers a very photogenic display of Flower Hmong, Black Dzao, Phu La ethnic costumes. After spending the whole morning exploring the market, you will leave the market for Bac Ha town for lunch.
In the afternoon, you will take a walk to Ban Pho, a small village of Nung and Flower Hmong. The villagers grow vegetables and fruit trees. You will transfer to train station for overnight train back to Hanoi
