Day 1 Yangon – Bago – Golden Rock (No Meal)
Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, welcome by our local guide and drive to Bago, rice bowl of Myanmar.
Formerly known as Pegu, Bago, a 1hr30 drive and 80kms to the north west of Yangon, was the capital of the Mon Kingdom of Lower Myanmar in the 15th century. On the way visit Kyeik Pun Pagoda, four gigantic Buddha images all in sitting posture facing the four cardinal points of the compass. Shwethalyaung Pagoda, the 55 meters long and 16 meters high, another biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar built during 9th century and colorful and very lively Bago Market.
Lunch at local restaurant.
After recreation proceed to one of Myanmar’s great pilgrimage sites is the Golden Rock at Kyaikhtiyo, a huge boulder covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. The pagoda at the Golden Rock is said to hold a hair of the Buddha. Arrive at Kyaikhtiyo base camp and transfer to the transit junction with one of the small open trucks in a 45 minutes ride. Arrive middle camp and start an easy one-hour walk up to the Golden Rock.
Check in at hotel and enjoy the evening on the pagoda.

Day 2 Golden Rock – Yangon (B)
After breakfast, return to the basecamp by open-air truck and begin the return journey to Yangon.
Upon arrival , take a visit to Botahtaung Pagoda named after the thousand military leaders who escorted relics of Buddha from India over 2,000 years ago.
And finish the day with a walk in colorful Chinatown and visit Yangon’s oldest Chinese temple: the Kheng Hock Keong.

Day 3 Yangon (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
Yangon, being the first stop for your tours, has a lot to offer you in a city tour. Today we will visit Yangon‘s colonial-style city center ,Mahabandoola Park and Town Hall.
Visit to the historic Shwedagon Pagoda- one of the wonders of the world, towering almost 100m above the city-scape, believed to have been built over 2500yrs ago.
Have local cuisine in a nearby restaurant for lunch.
After lunch we will visit the magnificent reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi, and after a photo stop at the Karaweik Hall, a hamsa-bird-shaped floating barge on Kandawgyi Lake is waiting for your embark. Over the lake, shadow of the grand Shwedagon Pagoda reflects its majesty in a quite different yet amazing way. We will drive back to hotel with a lovely sunset.
